Rules for creative inputs, portraits, AI labeling, publishing outputs, and API use.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Unlawful sexual content, sexualized or exploitative content involving minors, and unauthorized intimate imagery or face swaps.
- Terrorism, violent threats, hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups, serious harassment, or encouragement of real-world harm such as self-harm.
- Fraud, impersonating real individuals or organizations, forging documents or evidence, and harmful generated content intended to mislead the public into believing it depicts real events.
- Materials infringing copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy, trade secrets, or other rights, or unlawfully disclosing others’ personal information.
- Bypassing safety checks, account permissions, limits, or billing; abusing interfaces; stealing keys; accessing others’ images without authorization; or attacking systems.
3. Review generated results
Models may produce incorrect, unsuitable, or similar results. Review content, rights, and context before downloading, distributing, or using outputs commercially. Do not treat model outputs as proof of a real person’s authorization, factual records, or professional conclusions. A generation refusal or safety notice does not mean every risk has been reviewed.
4. AI labeling and publication
Hueward explains the AI-generated nature of content through on-screen notices. Some downloads may also contain provider-added labels or metadata. Current page notices do not mean every file includes all labels required by a particular jurisdiction.
When publishing, disclose AI generation or editing according to applicable law and the publication platform’s requirements, and retain required labels and source information. Do not remove, alter, or forge AI labels to mislead the public. Do not falsely present generated images as real news, real people’s actions, or unauthorized endorsements by real people.
For advertising, public distribution, or other specific uses, check the relevant qualifications, permissions, and publication rules. Existing notices or metadata in a downloaded file alone do not establish compliance with labeling requirements for every use.
5. API / MCP and automated applications
Lawful automation using valid keys and publicly supported interfaces is a permitted normal use. Do not evade interface limits or authorization requirements. Do not expose your keys to end users or place them in public clients.
Developers should explain the generated nature of content, input permissions, personal information processing, and relevant restrictions to their end users. Do not interpret Hueward’s permission as having obtained commercial licenses for every third-party model, asset, or portrait.
6. Enforcement and appeals
For suspected violations, the service may take proportionate measures such as rejecting tasks or restricting display or account permissions. If you believe an action was mistaken, send an account or task ID and explanation to aiart@choosefire.com with the subject “Hueward Appeal”.
See Copyright and Complaints for infringement or privacy issues. Necessary additional materials may be requested during review. An appeal does not affect your statutory rights to seek remedies through other channels.
