How to report suspected infringement, privacy issues, or harmful content, and submit appeals.
1. Issues you may report
If you believe content associated with Hueward infringes your copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, or privacy, or involves other unlawful or harmful content, submit a complaint to the actual operator. You may also appeal mistakes in account status or task handling using this procedure.
2. Necessary materials
Materials should be truthful, accurate, and limited to what is necessary for review. Do not send unrelated identity evidence, full identity document numbers, passwords, or API keys in an initial complaint. We may request additional materials proportionate to the verification purpose.
- A contact email that can receive replies, and the rights holder’s name or organization. Representatives should explain their authority.
- The location of the disputed content, an image link, task ID, or identifiable screenshot. Avoid general descriptions that do not allow us to locate it.
- The claimed rights, original work or authorization basis, and specific facts explaining the suspected infringement or harm.
- Reasonable requested action, such as review, display restrictions, removal of relevant content, or correction of account handling.
3. Review, notice, and reconsideration
After receiving a complaint, we review the materials and take necessary measures under applicable law and the circumstances. If materials are insufficient, we explain what is missing. Urgent risks may require protective action first; other disputes need further verification. Submitting a complaint does not automatically establish infringement.
To resolve a dispute, necessary complaint facts, descriptions of rights, and evidence may be shared with the relevant content submitter or legally competent authorities. Contact details or personal information should not be made public unnecessarily. The Privacy Policy also applies.
Affected users may provide authorization evidence, facts, or other reasons for reconsideration. Where applicable law requires particular notice or counter-notice procedures, we follow them. Complaint or appeal materials do not replace formally required documents. We will communicate the outcome or next steps as applicable.
4. Privacy requests and account disputes
For personal information access, correction, deletion, or account closure requests, state your account ID and request scope. Do not post sensitive information on public pages. For balance or historical order issues, provide task or transaction IDs. The actual payment channel’s rules and statutory remedies continue to apply.
Complaints and appeals do not affect your statutory rights to seek remedies from competent regulators, courts, or other channels.
5. Contact
Send privacy requests, infringement complaints, and appeals to aiart@choosefire.com. Suggested subjects are “Hueward Privacy Request”, “Hueward Infringement Complaint”, or “Hueward Appeal”. Include only the necessary materials described above.
Submit requests by email and retain a record of sending. We will contact you at the reply-capable email you provide. Do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive information unrelated to your request.
