Terms for accounts, AI image creation, credits, content rights, and disputes.

1. Service and operator

Hueward is a web service at aiart.choosefire.com for text-to-image generation, image editing, scenario templates, work management, and API / MCP access. These terms govern the rights and obligations of the actual operator and the individuals or organizations using the service.

Hueward is operated by 成都一个蘑科技有限公司 (referred to as “we” or “us”), which is the contracting party for this service. Contact us at aiart@choosefire.com.

Read these terms and the AI Content Policy before using accounts, creation features, or interfaces. If you disagree with the rules, stop using the relevant features. The Privacy Policy explains information processing separately; reading or accepting these terms does not mean consenting to processing unrelated to providing the service. Read the applicable terms of the mini program and unified account center separately.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must meet the eligibility requirements of applicable law and have the capacity to enter into these terms. Minors may use the service only where local age requirements are met and any necessary guardian permission and supervision are provided. Anyone unable to accept these terms independently should not create an account on their own.

This service is intended for supported regions outside mainland China. Eligibility depends on your location when using the service, rather than nationality or interface language. While in mainland China, do not register for or use business features such as image generation, editing, or API / MCP access. You may still read legal documents, contact us, or submit balance, complaint, or personal information rights requests concerning an existing account.

Protect login credentials and API keys. Do not impersonate others, share or resell unauthorized account access, or use multiple accounts to evade limits, safety measures, or billing rules. Users acting for an organization must be authorized to do so.

Unified account login and recovery of a legacy WeChat account are separate login paths. A first unified login may create a separate image account. Linking does not automatically merge images, balances, or favorites between two accounts. Check your account ID and the on-screen guidance first.

3. Features, credits, and service changes

Models, parameters, processing times, and available features may change as service capabilities change. The current interface and actual server responses determine availability. Generation may fail, time out, or produce results different from your prompt; we cannot guarantee every output will suit a particular purpose.

Credits and image points are separate account values. Do not add them together or assume a conversion rate. Task charges, handling of failures, and balance changes are determined by server-side task and credit records. To request a review of an inconsistency, provide the task ID, time, and an explanation.

Online purchasing is currently unavailable on the web. The plan page is informational; viewing a plan does not create an order or charge you. Existing orders, refunds, and disputes about virtual entitlements are handled under the rules of the actual purchase channel and applicable law. Your statutory refund and other remedy rights are unaffected.

Material changes to billing or service rules should be clearly communicated before they apply. Maintenance, third-party failures, and service adjustments may affect availability. Save images you need for long-term use; do not treat the service as a permanent archive or your only backup.

4. Inputs, outputs, and content rights

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your inputs. Before uploading images, prompts, portraits, brands, or other materials, obtain the necessary rights and permissions. Avoid submitting personal information you are not entitled to process, trade secrets, or confidential materials.

To complete the tasks you request, the operator and necessary technical providers must receive, process, store, and transmit inputs and outputs within the relevant scope. This task processing does not transfer ownership of your content to the platform or grant unlimited, indefinite permission for public display or training.

Whether AI outputs receive copyright protection, may be used commercially, or implicate third-party rights depends on applicable law, the actual inputs and outputs, and the relevant model conditions. We do not promise exclusivity, absolute originality, or that all third-party permissions have been obtained. Check licensing and publication requirements before using outputs for trademarks, publishing, advertising, or other commercial purposes.

Submitting tasks, saving images, or favoriting them should not be interpreted as permission for the platform to promote your private content publicly. Any public sharing or additional use should be explained separately and receive necessary authorization.

5. Content and developer rules

Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, create or distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, impersonation, harassment, or malicious deepfakes, attack systems, or circumvent content safety or billing restrictions. See the AI Content Policy for details.

Lawful automated calls through publicly supported API / MCP interfaces with valid keys are a normal use of the service. Follow permissions, limits, and actual billing rules. Do not steal keys, retrieve others’ data without authorization, resell interface access, or bypass access controls.

When integrating these capabilities into your own application, explain the AI-generated nature of outputs to end users, obtain the required permissions for inputs, protect keys and personal information, and fulfill your obligations as the application operator.

6. Safety actions, restrictions, and appeals

We may carry out necessary safety checks on inputs, outputs, or accounts suspected of violating the rules. Depending on the facts and severity, we may reject tasks, restrict display, remove content, or suspend relevant permissions. Urgent risks may require protective action first, followed by explanations and appeal options as applicable.

If you believe an action was mistaken, send your user ID, task ID, and reasons for appeal to aiart@choosefire.com. Restricting an account should not automatically mean that you give up remaining entitlements, appeals, or other statutory rights.

You may stop using the service and request closure of your image account through aiart@choosefire.com. Save any images you need and check pending tasks and balances first. Relevant entitlements and information that must legally be retained will be handled according to the circumstances; requesting closure does not automatically waive them. Signing out only ends the current login session and does not close your account.

7. Responsibility and disputes

Review generated results for accuracy, suitability, and rights, and especially do not treat generated images as evidence of real events, identity, or authorization. The service is a creative tool and does not replace professional judgment.

Each party is responsible according to applicable law and its own fault. These terms do not exclude any liability the operator cannot lawfully exclude, remove statutory consumer or personal information protection rights, or require you to waive complaints to regulators.

If a dispute arises, you may first contact us by email to seek a resolution. If it cannot be resolved, you may seek remedies from competent authorities or courts under applicable law. Protections and remedies in your region that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement continue to apply.

8. Versions, changes, and contact

The version and update date appear at the top of the page. Before changes affecting important rights apply, we will explain their content and effective date through an on-site notice or another appropriate method. We will obtain fresh consent or separate authorization where required by law.

Send service questions, privacy requests, infringement complaints, and appeals to aiart@choosefire.com. The Privacy Policy and Copyright and Complaints page explain the required materials and handling procedures.
